CrossFit Kids is designed to encourage personal motivation, team building, and is a fun way for your kids to be active! Our goal is to teach your child functional movements that apply to all environments and develop balance, agility, stamina, coordination, flexibility, accuracy, power, and strength. CrossFit Kids will enable your child to improve their level of fitness and wellness and establish healthy habits for life! This program is open to boys and girls of all fitness levels. The program is scaled to their level! The CrossFit Kids Experience: Run, Jump, Toss, Roll, Balance, Leap, Encourage, Sprint, Swing, Relays! The program is designed to get kids fit through challenging physical activity. General physical preparedness allows children to develop general motor skills, flexibility, strength, speed and a healthy mental state. Crossfit kids will not only prepare kids for movement, but also develop a strong work ethic and team work skills. Crossfit kids is scaled to three levels of ability allowing all to participate.
